Joomla LMS Site

We require the design of a Joomla template based site. Mainly the site of for Management Courses online. Deliverables: - The template and Joomla component itself - All the sources .png, .fla or .psd - Development of the new logo and .ico file Design Requirements: For the Template it must comply with the W3C. The design should be done using CSS not tables. Has to be done taking into account a 3 column design. Has to be very modern and must have animation. The images have to be provided by the developer also. Language of the site is spanish. LMS System requirements: The LMS system should have students (standard users), teachers (editing users) and courses. The courses should be divided in modules (many links in each course) and exams (multiple choice and time controlled) the exams also should have a attemp control (from 0 unlimited to 10) and control the grade of the exam with a score for each question and a passing score. Allow random question pool from many questions select the amount of each questions, mandatory questions on exam, true/fasle, upto six way multiple choice, allow the report of missed questions only if desired. Add or block users to each course independently. Control Prerequisite courses The courses should be able or not to be public accessed. The students and teachers should have about five attibutes, name, last name, address, DNI and notes. All the work must have a guarantee software for life. Only professionals with proven experience and portfolio.
