Install and Setup Ebay Extension along with Ebay Template

Hello. I have an online store in Magento. I am wanting to add into it an ebay extension, so that i can easily add some of the products from my site onto ebay. The extension must be set up perfectly and work 100%. I would also like ebay setting up so that it puts the product into a template that you will design, and will look professional, having all the info in such as postage costs to other countries etc. This must all be working perfect, and look high class. I require somebody who has done this before, and some examples will be required.
