Edit and Upload Wordpress Template For Blog Site

Job Description:
I purchased a WordPress template from TemplateMonster.com. I need someone to make minor changes to the template (menu item sub categories, page content, add/changes photos, arrange pages, add widgets, etc.) and upload it to Godaddy where the WordPress blog is being hosted. I think some of this has to be done in photoshop first. I need someone proficient in photoshop, wordpress, widgets and familiar with Godaddy's hosting. I have already loaded the generic template to my site so you can see what it looks like so far. ([login to view URL]) It shouldn't be too much work to make these changes since I have it about the way I want it.
If you know anything about SEO or adding a page with items that I can sell online that might be a consideration as well but just quote me on the basic changes for now.
