I have a website that needs programming. The front end it already designed. It just needs to be converted into a working and moving website. There needs to be some sort of CMS implementation so that it's easily updateable. This is a portfolio website with a lot of content. Would like some sort of interactive nav bar--just motion (smooth transitions basically). Open to suggestions on types of languages/programming needed. There is a visual proposal that can explain everything that is needed. I can followup with examples of what I'm looking at for nav bar motion/drop outs. This is a custom website. I am a designer so I'm looking to team with someone who can do the technical side of implementation for this project.
