Web Design and SEO plus maintenance

This project is a simple website designed by you to generate high rankings in google and other search engine for tough terms (30) I expect all terms to be in and stay in the top ten and half to be in the top 5 on Google day in and day out. I expect to pay a reasonable price for site development, the seo and monthly maintenance costs to keep it there. The successful bidder will receive all future development projects as we are developing similar sites with different looks and other sites with different business models. Please provide a blank template so that I can add content on an ongoing basis and you can then optimize the page and put in the hierarchy of the overall site and do the links, etc. You can price this additional page on a per page basis in your quote. You may also state what software will be needed to monitor position of all terms and state the cost for that separately. Here are the terms I am initially interested in.
