NEED SOMEONE TO DEVELOP BEAUTIFUL FLASH/PRIVATE SALES WEBSITE. Someone can only access the website through membership. Non members can request for invitation. Once they join they start getting emails weekly or daily on highly discounted items sold through time bound sales. The sale gets over in72 hrs or week time and then the next sale starts. Once a member the user can browse current sale as well as see the upcoming sales. We are using the Community Edition of Magento.

We are looking for these features on community edition
1) Private, Members-Only access and login to sales (this is available through the Private Sales plugin)

We would like to work with the developer one on one and would appreciate to reply only if you have done similar work before. YOU MUST GIVE EXAMPLES OF A FLASH SALES WEBSITE YOU HAVE DONE IN THE PAST.
