Magento Shipping Module Customization

Job Description:
This is a project to modify a Magento shipping module.
Currently, the site with this module installed. It has custom attribute on each product, one of which
is the zipcode of the origin from where the product will ship. This can vary between products.
When the buyer checks out, separate calculations are done based upon shipping location. Please see the
attached image. It shows options to ship based upon the zipcode of the shipping address.
Another attribute on each product is shipping type. This attribute must be set to ups or fedex or usps.
It can only be one value. This is what we want changed. We need this to offer multiple options based
upon what we have set up in Magento. We need customers to be able to choose FedEx or UPS or a combination
on their order.
Please respond with details and examples of your experience and how long it will take you to complete the project.
