Need to build a e commerce website that sells online prescription glasses. Check out page needs to be quite customised. my template site to be used will be www.speckyfoureyes.com. This template website outlines the basic requirements as to product display and check out process that needs to be followed. There is some additional information that I will need to advise you of.
The basic check out system is

I must ensure that the website is built to allow for the easiest possible way to update and edit the product details as from an admin (backend side).

If I am to proceed with a bid they must also ensure that they provide a mockup of the front page, this will be essential for me to see at some point if I am select the winning bidder.
I will also require some basic graphic design with with the website.
