Currently have Live the following URL’s [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] www.realdevelopmentsites.com.au.
They are on separate mysql databases but we would like to have a single sign-on so users only need to sign up once to get access to all 3 sites. We will need to change the CMS such that there is only one centrally located database with usernames and passwords rather than one user/pass for each ‘real’ site
Launch [url removed, login to view] allowing user to create log in details and/or click through to other real portals. Once logged in, user is shown how many listings are active on each site (for their account), how many Feature Listings, and ability to Upgrade To Feature – if they choose to do this they are redirected to either 1. Payment by Payment or 2. Payment by Invoice. If Payment by Payment is made, Admin with details is notified. If Payment by Invoice is made, Admin is advised to Send Invoice – with all details available. Once payment is cleared (automatically if through Paypal), Admin panel can choose to enable listing “Active”.
Give option to User to upload via HubOnline – set up account with HubOnline. Once user uploads to HubOnline, Admin send Invoice & Contract. Hubonline upload is done via FTP, and we already have code that handles similar thing with PortPlus real estate system where users of PortPlus upload listings to our sites via xml feed.
Launch other sites including [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] on the back of existing sites + proposed changes.
Improve Search functionality and map in order to be able to enter Suburb. Default results (have check box) shows “Include 5 surrounding suburbs”
Other minor changes such as web page content / graphics etc. Brief to be provided.
