Simple Android/iPad PDF Reader

The project is to develop a simple app customized for a education school client. In the project, the client needs a PDF reader for iPad and Android devices. It should allow to allow students to add notes, scribble and highlight the PDF documents that is downloaded to the device. This is done by adding a graphical layer on top of each PDF document, and storing the image via page. More details to the project shall be provided upon verification that the bidder has the capabilities of developing the solution.
