WooCommerce Modification

I am creating an online store for a non-profit organization that I have created. I have installed the WordPress theme I want and have also loaded WooComerce. This application is running on a shared linux hosting package for simplicity. [login to view URL] This non-profit organization will sell eco-friendly, reusable shopping bags to customers online. These bags will be pre-printed or blank - and I would like the ability to overlay a user uploaded image for custom printing. This site will also allow High School Students to submit a profile for scholarships. Each purchase of a reusable shopping bag will also include a $1.00 surcharge that will go directly to the student in the form of an Academic scholarship. I need a WordPress/WooComerce Developer to assist me in a few tasks: 1.) Create or Suggest Plugin for Enrolling and Managing Student Applications for Scholarships. This site feature would allow students to enter in their information, biography, aspirations, etc. for their site profile. 2.) Create method for Customers to search for Students by Name, School Name, City, State or Anticipated College Name. This site feature would allow Customers to select a student to sponsor with their purchase. 3.) Modify WooComerce to allow for a required $1.00 donation per a bag purchased that will go to the Student. Also modify WooComerce to allow for the addition of an extra donation during checkout. 4.) Consult on complexity of allowing Customers to upload an image to be overlayed on top of Bag image for custom printing by one of our sponsors. 5.) Consult on additional WooComerce extensions needed. I already have my own team of 7 developers - but we're busy working on paid projects and this one has been just a hobby, but I would like to get some offers from developers to take it on and finish it.
