In NEED of a Master Software Developer for Software Membership Site For Runners

I am searching for an expert software programmer to design a multi faceted website to be turned into a membership site for runners. Applicant must have extensive skills in paypal integration, graphic design, have used Xenforo forum software (to add into the site). I am seeking someone who can create something similar to [login to view URL] but still different and catered to my brand. I am seeking to add this onto my already existing website but will be separate from it with a different URL. What I am searching for is someone who can assist me in creating a platform where runners can be coached by me and other coaches around the world who will use the platform via videos, forum and world-wide running and fitness news, implement paypal integration within it, implement and integrate Xenforo software within the platform and have a smooth way of providing customer feedback to me so that I know how to coach athletes that are seeking my expertise. A good example of something I am looking for is runnersconnect.net...but better. I am an elite marathon runner and work with athletes of all levels on my website.
