Translate web pages from English into Arabic (Saudi Arabia)

Translate selected pages from technical textile company website from English into Arabic (Saudi Arabia).
Translation must be carried out by native Arabic (Saudi Arabia) speaker who is fluent in English and has experience of similar technical translation work.
Computer generated translation will not be accepted.
The project is to translate 10 web pages comprising a total of 6000 words (+/- 10%), including keywords, meta descriptions and alt text for images.
Keywords, meta descriptions and alt text must be translated in the same context as used in the corresponding web page.
Translated text must be returned as a MS Word file (.doc or .docx) in a format that will be provided upon acceptance of this project.
Company will retain full copyright and all other rights in original and translated text.
Translation will be proof-read by an independent native Arabic (Saudi Arabia) speaker.
A maximum of 10 days will be allowed for completion of the project.
Payment terms are 15 days from acceptance of proof-read translation. We anticipate proof-reading will take 10 days from receipt of translation. Please indicate in your bid that you accept these terms.

If this project is successfully completed and the quality against cost is acceptable, we may consider translating further web pages and retaining the successful bidder for future updates.
