website simple

I am looking for a website i want the domain name [login to view URL] it is available i checked I want it hosted I want the web site to have 3 pages It is to act as a simple information site i want simple text giving phonenumbers and a contact form as well The price quoted has to include domain name hosting and i need it done fast The wining bid will be picked on monday 10 gmt and the work needs to be finished that day. I am not super fussy i dont need lots of graphics but the impression that the website is half under water would be good
