Hi Create new web site with good design. we are services company "blainville Services net" the company name. 1- want good create the web based on joomla. 2- create unique theme based on my logo and color. (i will upload the logo after i choose the provider) 3- customize the site control panel as our requirements. 3.1- first we want costume admin panel to add or modify our products. 3.2- we want make all site french-English (we can make the translation part ) 4- small flash Banner have some Picture and words (with flash source for any changes) 5- full site sources as zip file.
