Build an online Contract Signing Functioning

Hi, we are Employment agency for Foreign Domestic Helper / Caregiver
We (Agency) help Singapore families (Employer) source for candidates from overseas (eg Myanmar) (Worker) to work as helper or caregiver
Now, after interview and client confirmation, we have a whole set of documents for them to sign: Employer / Worker and Agency, we are looking for an online solution to automate the document signing process, system is to be build in to our company website
User:
- Admin (Agency)
- Employer (Client)
- Helper / Caregiver (Worker)
Work Flow:
1. After a case is confirmed, admin to create a case file by filling up standard form
Admin dashboard include folder:
- Employer Details (allow upload and rename PDF / Image) (Appointment sheet / IC / Income docs / Dr letters / )
- Worker Details (allow upload and rename PDF / Image) (PP / Profile Photo / EH)
- Forms (information extracted from *** standard form and filled accordingly)
*** Standard Form: Information classified 3 group: Fixed Field (auto filled / Non Editable) / Semi-fixed field (auto filled / Editable only upon request ) / Dynamic Field (Editable without request)
2. Once the file is created: Employer and worker account is generated with username and password and shared with user via email (Employer and Worker's email address is required field in standard form)
3. Employer to login: Employer have access to "Forms" only and only allowed to sign at designated area (to prevent employer sign at wrong place) / Signature should be marked with live Date and Time / Signature can be added via: Free Text / Free Drawing or Image. Employer sign all documents and Submit to Admin, some documents are allowed for employer to download but others need to be completed by Admin and approved before employer can download
Apart from Signature, some parts need employer input: Check box / Free Text (required fields without which forms are not allowed for submission)
4. Forms are updated at Admin side after employer's submission (not for user download and upload again after they are completed)
5. Workers to sign (Allow free drawing / Free text and extract from image) at required field marked with live date and time / check box and free text
6. Admin is allowed to act on behalf of both employer and worker: Signing / Filling up forms etc for un submitted documents

- [ ] IRAS Authorisation Form
- [ ] Insurance Application Form
- [ ] Standard Service Agreement (helper or caregiver)
- [ ] Employment Agreement (helper or caregiver)

Document allow free download by Employer only, no auto fill / no Signature is needed:
- [ ] GIRO Application Form (don’t need to fill, only allow employer download a copy)
Documents allow free download without admin approval:
- [ ] Profile / Certificates / Passport
Admin is allowed to add or amend / delete documents (entire doc or part of doc contents)
