At this moment, I try to help people whom have depts. Often they do not know how to get out of these depts. and they do not know their rights. I make an inventory of the depts, start a communication with the collection agency and try to get an installment that the dept owner is able to pay and still have some money left for the day to day living expenses. Because there are too many administrative steps to take it is time consuming.
I want to automate these steps to have more time and hopefully help more people. I have made a flow chart of all the steps that are taken. Some may need explanation. I have done my best to provide all the information to build this program, app or site but if there are questions please collect them all before asking.
In the VTLB calculation program we have to fill in some information before we can make the calculation. This program is updated twice a year. I enclose some screenshots of the information I register.
