The company name is Anson Development Group. Seeking sleek, bold, modern, simplistic style. We are a real estate development group located in a prestigious south carolina community called Palmetto Bluff of Bluffton, SC. We purchase both residential and commercial building lots, architecturally design the building / home, contract the builder and sell the finished product all under one group (financing, architecture, building and sales).
We are in need of a website that provides information about our group, highlights projects we have completed in the past, allows for inquiries / contact and also provides descriptions of the community and why people should want to invest with us (ie Client testimonials).
Appearance would be a Background of natural grey or black slate maybe to represent construction with gold inlay to represent investment and prosperity and then black or red sleek lines to represent the architectural side. Also would consider a modern impression of the South Carolina low country like an oyster shell, marsh grass, palmetto tree or live oak tree. Both desktop and iPhone capabilities would be best. See attached for group logo to be incorporated and some flyers that we have created to highlight recent projects.
