Build me a website and help to add professional content

I work as an enterprise architect / CTO working mainly on large complex migrations to on premise data centres and cloud platforms. I have been a freelancer for many years but I want to take the next step and turn my business into a professional services business. I want to create a web site that is cool, modern and still professional. It can start small initially but it may extend to include user groups, job boards, online digital product libraries (design patterns) etc... which could be purchasable so the framework chosen to deploy the site should consider this. It would be good to get some examples of Computer Consultancy sites where this was done before. My current site is www.tenpro.co.uk. The logo is dated, colour isn’t great and just needs to look so much better. I need help with adding content and getting value from web.
