our project is based on real estate hiring we want to hire the flats bunglows and commercial space as per our checklist and sub lease the same to the other without brokarage we want to make it simple that our lndlord to get rent at once and he tenent will pay us throught year on monthly basis and there will be no commision or brokarage in between any of our transaction our income will be one time registration fees which will be minimum for the client and landlord to register there property on our portal rest aggrements and legal proceedings will be our lookout and everything we want to integrate through wtsapp only no interaction through telecaller nor any marketing gimmik nor any referal codes as we dnt charge any thing so we will not be making expense on marketing and harrasing people on phones
