I need 2 websites built. This request is for my first website which is a very simple one. It has 4 pages
Screen 1: Welcome Page - 3 boxes like buttons for users to select
On click of this, user should be taken to below screen
Screen 2 : Add details page. It should have 5 star options like review/feedback and yes/no radio buttons
Screen 3 : Search Page.
Search summary will show results calculated from previously added details. example : if you enter person name, it should average all the feedback given to that person from all users and show in results like average
Screen 4 - Sign in ( if user wants to add details ) with email address or phone number
This website should look simple and work seamlessly in both desktop and mobile device.
