Design and develop website with Instagram integration

I would like a web design and development team to build a site for me. The idea of the website is that it is very shareable to get high footfall time the website. It needs the following features:
- e-commerce page for a small number of products (currently just 1).
- User to create a profile and have an account
- Link their account with their Instagram
- Have a personal map per account which changes colours in certain areas if it can see a certain related hashtag on their Instagram profile (only one specific hashtag will qualify for changing an area of colour on the map)
- When you then click on that area a list of all Instagram photos with the relevant hashtag are shown.
- Above the map each area that has the relevant hashtag will be listed so the user can click on the area name rather than the map if they wish.
- This map and list is shareable on social media.
- There is an option to also share an interactive version where the users friends can see the pictures associated with the map (only if they have a public Instagram profile or are already Instagram friends)
- Future development potential to add additional layers to the map so the users can zoom in and see other points of interest on the map.
- These additional layers will require a premium subscription to access.
