Drupal Panel Project

Looking for programmer who is very experienced in Drupal. We have a Drupal website currently under construction and need a programmer to help with project. Looking for someone with knowledge of Drupal panels and views and who can help set up section with columns that will use dynamic content from site to automatically update into sections on website pages.
