The bug: a line of code is preventing <a> links from working.
It is caused by a style line...
Go to [login to view URL]
There are two lines of menus at the top. They basically are navigation to six internal submenus that could be thought of as separate websites, each with it's own menu: aaa, bbb, ccc, ddd, eee, and fff. I want people to be able to see the contents of all six menus on the index page. That is all working fine.
All the links work properly on [login to view URL], but don't work on [login to view URL] (and bbb, ccc, ddd...etc) because of the code on lines 116 and 117.
Please notice on [login to view URL] (and bbb, ccc...etc) that there is a wide gap between the menus and the content below them.
This gap is fixed by line 116, but it is commented out now. When 116 and 117 are swapped, links below it don't work....I have no idea why.
I can edit site content in an html editor, but am not a skilled enough programmer to be able to do much more than that. A Freelancer programmer wrote the code for this site and she has abandoned me. I didn't discover the bug until three months after I paid her. Just now getting back to work on this.
If you just fix it on [login to view URL], I can update the other files (bbb, ccc...etc) if that 's where the problem is....
