Hiring Agency for Complete Website Development

We are looking to hire an agency for the complete development of a running live website (In HTML/WordPress). Please note that I will only be providing the content in the form of text. It will be your responsibility as the freelancer to design and develop the complete website based on the content provided.

Please read the following requirements carefully before submitting your bid:

Basic Work Conditions:

1. Agency Only: We are specifically seeking agencies, not individual freelancers, to ensure a comprehensive approach to website development.

2. Portfolio: Kindly share your portfolio showcasing previous website development projects you have completed.

3. Fixed Price: This project will be based on a fixed-price model. Please provide your fixed price for developing a 6 to 7 pages website.

4. Google Page Speed: Familiarity with optimizing website speed for Google Page Speed Insights is crucial. We expect the website to achieve scores of 90 or above for both mobile and desktop views.

Important Technical Terms (Please read before bidding):

* Custom Handwritten Code: The website codes must be 100% custom handwritten, utilizing the latest Bootstrap framework, and avoiding templates or DIY website creation tools.

* Commented CSS/HTML: The CSS/HTML files should be properly commented on, and a table of content should be provided for easy navigation.

* Fluid Responsive & Retina Ready: The web pages must be fluid responsive and retina-ready to ensure optimal viewing experiences across devices.

* Cross-Browser Optimisation: The website should be thoroughly tested and optimized for compatibility across various browsers.

* Basic On-Page SEO: Implement basic on-page SEO elements such as H1, H2, Alt tags, breadcrumbs, and FAQ schema.

* Fast Loading Google Fonts & Icons: Utilise fast-loading Google Fonts and icons to enhance the website's performance.

* HTTP(S) Compliance: All pages should adhere to HTTP(S) standards for secure browsing.

* Contact Form Functionality: The website should have a properly functioning contact form.

* Static Pages: The website should include static pages with relevant content.

* Valid W3C & HTML5: Ensure that the website's code is 100% valid according to W3C and HTML5 standards.

* Google Page Speed & Lighthouse: Aim for Google Page Speed scores of 90+ for both mobile and desktop views. Additionally, measure page quality using Lighthouse, with Performance, Accessibility, and Best Practices scoring above 90.

If you meet these requirements and are confident in delivering high-quality website development, please submit your bid for consideration. We look forward to reviewing your proposal and selecting the most suitable agency for this project.

Agreed Payment Terms:

To ensure a fair and transparent process, the following payment terms have been established for this freelance project:

1. Creation of 20% Milestone: A 20% milestone of the total project cost will be created in advance during the initial stage of the project.

2. 30% Milestone: Once the design part of the website is completed and approved by me, a 30% milestone of the total project cost will be created.

3. 40% Milestone: Upon the website being fully live and running on your own server, a 40% milestone of the total project cost will be created.

4. 10% Remaining Milestone: After a thorough evaluation of the completed website in all aspects, the remaining 10% milestone will be created.

5. At this stage, with 100% of the milestone created, you will be required to transfer the website files to my server and check it last time for no confusion. Once successful delivery is confirmed, the milestone will be released promptly.

Important: Milestone releases are not permitted during development. Please accept the project if you have no issues with the payment terms. Disputes Terms: As per our agreement, the freelancer agrees to cancel the project and refund any created milestones if the project requirements are not met during the development stage.
