Managing Bookings
Receiving Confirmation
Once a booking is received from a property vendor receives email and text message confirming the booking
Accepting Confirmation
The vendor will have 48 hours to accept and finalize the booking through the platform prior to the card being charged.
Once the booking approved, a booking confirmation will be sent out to the client with the auto-generated booking number.
Declining Booking
If a vendor chooses to cancel the booking, they must submit an explanation to the admin team for review. If it is any reason other than what the client requested, it will be marked on their account’s performance metrics.
2. Add on Services
a. Upon checkout of a property, clients can select add-on services to be made available at the property during the stay which will be organized under categories such as, but not limited:
i. Catering
ii. Jet-Ski’s
iii. ATV’s
b. These vendors are separate from the property listers and must have a separate portal/platform in which to add their services, availability, and pricing.

- Bookings can only booked 48 hours or more prior to the day of the booking
- When customers select property to book, they are prompted the option of insurance and cleaning services (system added)
- They will also be able to browse the additional services upon check out such as, but not limited to:
o Catering
o Jet-Ski’s
o ATV’s
- Before paying, they must agree to the terms and agreements which will be provided.
- Once payment is received, it will be stored in CASA’s accounts payable ledger.
