Need a coder to develop learning platforrm MVP
Budget $1500-3000 USD
Need to develop a learning platform which constantly monitors student development as they complete their work.
The platform needs 2 sides "student" and "professor".
The professor panel will have 3 sections
- create "classes" for groups of students they teach. If they have 10 pupils in one subject they can put them all together in one group, if they have multiple groups of students they can make groups for each of them individually (computer science 101-A, computer science 101-B etc.)
1- Excercise Database where they can upload or directly type mathematic or language based problems and request an answer either in multiple choice or prompt.
2- They can create sets of exercises and assign them to a group (eg. create a set of 10 algebra exercises, save it and assign them to various groups of students like assign set to all Algebra 101 groups).
The sets should also be able to be randomised, a professor can input 100 questions and decide to assign only 10 to each student randomly from the set to avoid student cheating
3- Monitor dashboard where they can see the progress of their students and groups as a whole.
A) for individual students they can see the exercises they have completed, the number of wrong and right answers per set, and completion time per individual question as well as per set. Also comparison with the rest of the group (average number of correct answers comparison, average time to completion both per set an over a number of sets) Also possible comparisons between different groups.
B) Question Monitor. Check individual questions or sets to see if a question is particularly hard or simple (if 80% of students have it wrong on the first try we can assume it's a hard question or there's a mistake) For this version it should only report the number of errors on the question and the most common wrong answers. Further versions will include the possibility to use difficulty values to assign sets of varying difficulty
Student Panel
- more basic, only able to login and view the groups they're part of and answer the questions on the sets as well as their results.
Each student should have a unique ID used by every professor or class to be able to track their progress across the board.
