Need 2 simple codes for my website

Hello, I have a website at [url removed, login to view]
and need a few simple css/html codes to wrap it up, which are beyond my expertise.
The first is a randomize on reload code, I have a bunch of pages all compiled in one index, with their thumbnails appearing on one page (As you can see when you click on "Projects"). I want these thumbnails to shuffle around and switch spots whenever I reload the page. This can be seen in my client's old website: [url removed, login to view]
The second one is an animation code, whenever I click on another project category I want the thumbnails to have a nice animation as seen here: [url removed, login to view]
This example is hosted on squarespace as well and has the same template.
