New website build needed

We actually need 2 separate websites built. One is simply building out our shopify page into a full website by either moving or merging a simplified version of our current business website over to shopify.
The second project is building out the website for our graphic novel to showcase info and lore about our book as well as house a database of bonus characters. The database can be viewed by anyone, but we would like a membership feature/login for creating a character in the database. We also have a very simple character creator we designed on scratch that will need to be incorporated to the website.
