Online Training ELearning Course Development

Hi, We are looking for a company that we can use to help us develop a new ELearning course. The course is likely to be around 170 slides long (circa 2 hour duration), and broken down into 4 main modules with a test at the end of each module that has to be successfully passed ‘before’ the candidate can progress to the next module. We would provide the basic course content in the form of a PowerPoint Presentation, but we would then need you to develop this into an elearning course including all necessary interactions etc, which we could then manage (and edit, as needed) using an LMS system. Everything needs to be compatible with PC’s/Laptops/Mac’s and IPad’s/Android Tablets/smart phones etc. No flash. Please note that we do not currently have an LMS or authoring system and we would also need recommendations for these to be provided as well, bearing in mind that our knowledge in these areas is pretty basic, so any systems would need to be simple and easy to use. The course is a commercial course that we will be selling and marketing to our clients, so the LMS needs to be suitable for that set-up, although the ecommerce elements will be dealt with on our existing website. The system will also need to be capable of having API coding (supplied by others) installed which upon completion of the course will link to a third party Certificate Generator from which their training certificate will be produced. In an ideal world, we would also like to have a facility whereby the users learning account can be automatically created following the receipt of an order on our website..... I would therefore appreciate it if you could advise if this is a service that you offer, and if so, what your likely costs would be for carrying out this work, together with the costs etc for the LMS and authoring packages (if applicable). Ideally prefer a UK based consultant....
