ReDesign of a Commercial Website

Please have a look at www.whc-uetersen.de.

The main target for this website is:

a) Some people from Germany

b) New customers from outside of Germany

The sense of the website is to have a good and professional "business card" if they look specifically to our website. I do not want a website perfect for "finding" new people from Germany.

It is very important to understand: The aim of the database is to have good presentation for those who excplecit look for our website.

So design is much more important than SEO, etc.

Sample Login: User. whcsample PW: whcsample

Behind the website is MySQL database which shows items - depending on user security rights. It is just a "showroom". I do not want and need a shop.

Maybe I want to add or even to change the database function to a simple "Please register for our newsetter" interface.

Pictures of our company can be taken to include it in the website.

This is basically not a technical request! I need a fresh design of the side, which can be implemented by you or even somebody else.

Feel free to send me suggestions!

Another addition: The task is about redesign. I need a new layout. I do not want to add or change the content.
Maybe to add a newsletter and chat function.
