Attorney Court Coverage Website
Need a simple and intuitive website where an Attorney can go, identify themself, identify client and case number, select the court requiring coverage, select the date when coverage is needed, select the specific type of coverage request needed, i.e. request continuance of the case, set case for trial, etc, (a few more fields to be explained later), indicate whether the client has been given prior notice of the court date to be covered, indicate if the client is in custody or not, Have a "Notes" section which can be tailored to fit the case, and the like. Attorney then sends request for coverage. If coverage is available then the coverage request is confirmed. Payment for coverage is by the case, i.e. X dollars per case. Attorney will escrow a certain number of coverages and be given a credit. Credit a to be debited per transaction with a report being generated by the coverage attorney showing what occurred at the court coverage, emailed and/or fax back to requesting attorney, along with a statement of requesting account showing credit used, number of credits remaining, etc. Payment into escrow to be by credit card.

Site should eventually be able to be added to show all circuits in the State of Florida. See [url removed, login to view]
This site should be simple and intuitive using simple questions, insert dialogue boxes, as it will likely be used by legal assistants to whom coverage requests are normally delegated.
For an example of a country wide site which is very elaborate but is also very powerful see [url removed, login to view]
Your creative efforts are welcome to make this site successful.
