I am representing non-profit organization . Would like to Re-Design a website to look like [url removed, login to view] Not clone it of course.
Requirements: site needs to be redesigned to have a look like [url removed, login to view] ( REDESIGNED site needs to have the same setup with the paypal buttons fully functional for business as well.)
The content and images can be used from the current site.
Redesign it with clean the code, add proper meta tags, optimize images and links with alt tags and keyword loaded descriptions, rename all images with keyword loaded names, WC3 validate, make sure load time is fast, create a unique and appropriate keyword loaded title for every page based on the site to be redesigned. Check all links to ensure they work, create a Google site map and test in all the following browsers: I.E. (version 6 and 7), Firefox and Safari .
All work shall be delivered to the Buyer in individual HTML files as the site is completed.
All deliverable will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Seller will assign and Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
All work must start within (2) business days of being awarded the bid, and must be completed at a minimum rate of 14 days after bid has been awarded.
Must be able to communicate daily - if necessary - via email and have strong attention to details.
Also looking for content writers and re-writers for website.
