Website & App for online marketplace

I would like to create an online marketplace for kids' clothes & accessories in Switzerland where people could create their online store and sell secondhand articles. Something like Vinted but dedicated to kids and for the Swiss market.
I would actually focus on an App where people could sell and buy, so all transactions would happen there. It needs to be highly secured for the payment part and data privacy.
I would also need a simple website explaining the concept and telling people to download the app to start using it.
Everything will be in English at the beginning but one or two languages will have to be added rather soon.
I do not want to invest to much to start with so something simple, good lucking and user friendly is the priority to start with. But it is important to leave open the possibility to upgrade it in the future.
