I currently have a website as below:

all of them linked together and sometimes difficult to manage and find products.
Bothe Websites are perfuming and serving us well but needs rebuilding and upgrade/modernisation.
We also want to improve the features.
The first website [login to view URL] is performing well in SEO and we want to keep all the links
Requirement:
Ability to to make bulk price changes.
Customer to get email for when other are placed
Ability for customers to place repeat order.
Ability to generate product code barcode for each order
Ability to monitor customer that have not completed their order so that they can be reminded to complete it
Custom 3D T-shirt website (like [login to view URL]) that has a feature as in the attachment.
Please note you will need to check all the able website to understand what i am referring to properly.
We currently have all of this in place but we want to improve and make it better.
We operate on the high street but we now want to go fully online and get all our orders online.
This is a new website build.
