I need table-less, layered, CSS pages.
I have already cut out the headers (which will be important to use - since I have smoothed them) - I have cut up all of the necessary images (except the internal ones for the home page). You are free to use my already cut images for your layers, or you can use the multilayered PSDs that I will have available.
Here are the requirements:
W3C Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional Table-less CSS markup. Compatible with IE, Firefox, Opera and Safari with W3C Valid Shorthand & Optimized CSS.
Please code the 10 main pages (which include home page and sitemap) - with the appropriate titles. Please also put in layers with dummy text. Do not forget alt tags on the images.
Please make sure that the on states for the top buttons are also used for mouseovers.
The home page has no right hand news option, and it has images in the body - which you will see from the attached image, labelled home_example.jpg.
The right hand news option should be coded in to every page but commented out. The text should take up that portion of the screen when it is gone, but it should obviously fall into line when it is there. If this requires having to change a class, that is fine. I have uploaded an image file named [url removed, login to view] - this is to display where the news should go - the rest of the template for [url removed, login to view] is not up to date, so please refer to contact_example.jpg.
Lastly, the subnavigation will go on the left side where you see the label "subsection." Subsection can be seen by looking at leftmenu.jpg.
This site should be fixed width (centered on page) but expanding height.
This project needs to be finished in 50 hours from time posted.
