Website that allows for email gathering

This is an overview of the site more information when project is awarded.

This site will allow users to enter emails into the site. It will then allow me to send out emails to the users through an admin panel. All content on the home page should be editable through an admin [url removed, login to view] addition more pages should be able to be added through the admin panel therefore I require a generic looking page that can have new text added easily.

The site design needs to be designed and coded as well. This should be a 4-5 page site with basic design with the functionality the most important part.
