Depending on what testing you need done, I could design a system to allow for rapid testing of each device while still in the panel. If the device will not come panelized, then I can also design a testing jig for loose boards. From the picture you attached, it looks like your board is optimized well, but I can work with you if you feel it needs further attention. I placed my bid at two weeks because the testing routines can be fairly complex depending on what the device does. It may only take a few days; I can give you a more accurate estimate once I have more information on the device itself.
