after windows xp. active desktop was removed. you no longer can set a desktop to be an html page. we are an internet cafe. and out computers had a custom html page instead of the desktop icons. since we are upgrading to windows 7, we can not use the html desktop anymore.
so we need you to help find a way, or write a small program, to allow html desktops again on windows 7 32bit.
the html desktop needs to behave in the following way. it needs to always be on the desktop.
the html page is essentially 5 pages, and it has tabs. so when client clicks a tab, it needs to follow the link to the other pages.
the links in the html page, are used to launch applications in the computer.
users should no be able to close the html desktop.
the desktops are 1920x1080 resolution.
