excel expert needed for invoice

Hi,

(PM me for the files - i don't want to post up).

I have 2 forms, once i use to generate quotations for projects, another i use for generating invoices when project is completed. It is time consuming to cut and paste especially when i have 4-5 projects a day.

I need someone to combine these 2 forms into 1 excel file, with 2 sheets, so that i can easily update 1 first sheet with the fields and both quote and invoice sheets will have the same information. If possible, it has to allow for calculation also and allow me to add more or less PROJECT DETAILS. e.g. some projects have 2 parts, some have 6 parts.

Also it has to auto fit A4 page and be smart enough to extend to 2 A4 pages if the project descriptions are long (many items). I usually print to PDF and email to my clients.

It also has to auto update the date based on the format i provided and generate the project ID which is YYYYMMDDHH e.g. 2008011413 (HH is in 24hr format).
