Wireless Pos with display for advertising

POS Touch screen Terminal Must be wireless Must be atleast 15" Must have credit card swipe Must have software to manage ads. Must be able to update content wireless. Ideally we would like to work with someone that is very familiar with this technology/field. We have a big group of ready buyers,this is our first attempt to find intelligent programmers that can build this and hopefully have contacts in china to purchase the product at bulk rates.
