Convert powerpoint 2007 to exe or swf

I need someone to convert a Powerpoint 2007 presentation to an executable stand-alone file (exe). The exe should run as a stand-alone application on any machine without powerpoint installed on it. It should also retain the exact look and feel of the original ppt (animation, transitions, audio etc.).
