Film Production company requires assistance with integrating a customised budgeting software (Showbiz) with MYOB

It all looks great but we want to be able to export the files or integrate with MYOB so each job entered into Showbiz can be reconciled and paid by our accounts department.
Currently the information is being entered in twice (once by our producer when doing the budget and again by the accountant when it comes to paying all the invoices). We want to cut this part out.
Our producers are on Macs, and our accountant is using Windows (MYOB)
