LeyWood Wholesale is a textile wholesale oriented company which is engaged in importing, warehousing and selling textile products to number of customers including wholesalers and retailer. These can be segregated by following categories.

Customer orders are obtained through different sale channels:
1- CRS (Warehouse-Walk in customers and Telephonic orders)
2- CMS (E-commerce Websites)
3- CRM (Marketing & sales team)
Current IT portfolio / infrastructure:
We are using following systems in our organization.

• ERP – We have been using this system from many years to execute all operation of our warehouse / whole sale cash and carry business. (Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Expenses, Tax and administration)
It is not our property and source code is held by the system provider. So, Modification in this system can only be done by them.
• CMS websites - All the 4 websites have their own data base (PrestaShop open source) being run in our in-house web server.
• All the above 3 systems are being run in isolation with their own separate databases. Inventory position is manually feeding in all database. Consequently, we are not taking single view picture of our business.
In the absence of any centralized database, inventory and receivable are not reflecting the same position in every system. Due to which duplicate orders are being received from our customers on 4 websites and warehouse.
New development / Project Requirement
It would be appreciated if you provide us with a Warehouse Stock Management information system with ERP which will integrate all above 3 system database with its centralized database.
Any Web based open sources ERP system is preferable like Quick books, Open bravo etc...
Our company is also interested to take your service to develop a application to our HHT device. Description is as follows.
