Create Windows 10 application - Custom flow chart from folders

Windows 10 program:

I want a flow chart which arranges a specific folder (and sub-folders) into a nice, neat layout.

- I want to choose which folders are displayed.

- Each flow chart box needs a method of changing the

colour of each box (from colour wheel). Background needs to be customisable

too.

- Program must have a 'auto-save’ function so these choices remain if program closes

so those settings apply next time.

- Program needs to auto-update if folders are created or deleted in Windows.

- Flow chart needs to have a 'zoom' function (using Mouse Wheel to zoom in/out).

- Flow chart needs to dynamically scale to fit the width of the program window.

Then I can Pan down the flow chart using the Left Mouse button.

- Clicking on a flow chart box will immediately open the folder in Windows.

- Each flow chart box will allow no more than 36 characters (any folder with text

longer will simply get cut off) and will wrap text in the box.

- Customized Icon file for program.

- Full source code must be sent before final payment.

- First Milestone (15% payment): Working flowchart connected to folders

- Final Milestone (85% payment): Fully working with all features and source code sent
