Looking for an experienced windows admin - this job requires great english, and remote access virtuosity! Prefer US candidates but will consider great international ones. You need to comfortable both doing your work via remote access and walking users through problems.

We would want the person/company who installs the server to also be available for ongoing support - so I will give preference to those who can do that.

Here is a list of tasks that make up the job. there may be other tasks that I will add if necessary:
-Migrate data from a shared drive to the new server - duplicate file structure so there is minimal impact on client pcs
-Move exchange from an outsourced provider to the new server (users are using outlook in cached exchange mode, so if you can take advantage of this so be it)
-set up vpn access for 2 remote users
-set up mydocuments redirection on the new server (it's set up on old one)
-Configure exchange and the shared drive to duplicate to the other drive in the server every night (using tools included in sbs2008)
-install jungledisk to backup up duplicated exchange and share drive to amazon s3
-would like to allow users to use ms access over vpn - configure vpn to allow that
-Install blackberry enterprise server on new server & help connect devices to it
-install AVG server edition on new server
-Connect all client desktops to sbs2009 (7 users)
