Windows Desktop and Mac Application

We currently have 2 apps (Windows and Mac) functioning but we do not have the source code.
The apps install and and all it does is call up a web page in web view. When minimized the app goes in the system tray. Notifications come in using chrome I believe, and they show up as other systems notifications do.

> It should be able to store a cookie so that every time the user opens up the app, a password is not requested.
Not urgent so you can take your time building it but the sooner the better. If you have any questions please let me know.
Would be nice to have a nice splash screen on install and running, but this is not required.
