windows label printer software

The format will 4 labels across. there is a 2 inch dead space that we do not need to print on. labels are 10x1 inch then an extra 2 inches, so in total 12x1.
In the software we need to be able to set a start range and a stop range for the qr numbers. on the label will each be a unique qr code for that number. the number on the qr code will be above and below the qr code. We also need an optional logo that can be uploaded and printed also. The logo space is 3x1 inch. It should also be centered so if the logo is a 1x1 inch square logo it will be printed in the center of the 3x1 logo space.
