Windows program to read and store data from API

I need a program creating which will run on a Windows computer. The program will
connect with an API of Navixy GPS Tracking platform ([login to view URL])
The program will need to ask the user to enter the login details to access the correct
Navixy account as I require it to work with multiple accounts I control. When logged into a
Navixy account I only want to see the devices associated with that account.
Once connected to the Navixy API server the user will be able to click a button to start the
process of reading and recording data from the account. The program will need to check
each device in the account and read the following parameters:
• blocked (either true or false)
• phone (phone number of device)
The data extracted from Navixy server needs to be stored in a database for 12 months and
presented in a simple table as per the example below. I anticipate running the program
once every month to update the data and when running it will need to read the data at a
rate which does not exceed the transaction limits. Currently there are around 1000 devices
to read data from.
The columns are as follows:
• IMEI - Device ID
• PHONE – Device Phone Number
• J,F,M,A,M,J,J,A,S,O,N,D - 12 columns showing blocked status over last 12 months
(if false, icon colour to green but if true the icon colour to red)
• BLOCKED - Last month in which the device was blocked
• SIM BLOCK– Tick box which I can manually tick/untick and the selection is stored
I will require a button to allow the column BLOCKED to be placed in date order
I will require a button to allow the table to hide the devices which have a tick in the SIM
BLOCK column
