I need a very sensitive Rf measurement module up to 6 GHz (10 GHz, if possible) with little size.
The input must be connected to a wideband antenna; the output must be connected to a PIC microcontroller.
This module should have two outputs:
One analogic output with a voltage level proportional to the input signal.
The other one with a square wave with frequency divided rather than the input signal with a factor of at least 128 (PIC compatible).
The components have to be SMD, (I'd like the use of microscheduled logic rather than wired logic).
